About the Journal

The Nomadic Law Review is a peer-reviewed journal of nomadic law, edited from Zurich and Bishkek. It examines how customary norms, state law and transnational regulation meet wherever people, animals, objects and knowledge are on the move: in ethnosport and nomadic games, in traditional arts and cultural expressions, in science and traditional knowledge, in dispute resolution, and in migration and mobility.
